Company Overview

Colvin-Friedman company was founded in 1946 by Samuel Friedman and Henry Colvin, both already veterans of the fledgling plastic industry. With extensive backgrounds in plastic die cutting, fabrication and decorating they formed Colvin-Friedman Company to service the needs of the rapidly expanding radio, television and appliance industries. Our founders’ expertise in die cutting and extensive knowledge of all plastic materials led them beyond the radio and television industries and today we provide die cutting and converting services to a broad range of industries. With our well-deserved reputation for producing high quality die cut parts and for providing dependable, friendly and personal service, our custom die cutting business has expanded through seven decades and four generations of family. Still family owned and operated we are focused on continuous quality and productivity improvements in our die cutting operations and on providing the value added services crucial to competing in today’s competitive environment.
